Nutritional Planning

Results in the gym are 20% exercise and 80% diet — so having an experienced, hands-on trainer is necessary to planning your food intake.  As everyone’s metabolic rate and exercise regimen differs, your trainer’s involvement in meal planning is key to achieving your goals.  Only your trainer and you know the type and intensity of your training program; PTF offers nutrition consulting that meshes with your workout plan.
